Involvement of the whole community is important to the Club and therefore Ballyraine Care Centre, which deals with children with disabilities and is located in the catchments area, is part of the Clubs wider community involvement.
The children from the Care Centre are facilitated with sport recreation once per week on the All-Weather pitch and along with that they have become involved with special projects within the club.
While it helps build their capacity to interact with both the club members and the wider community, it also allows the children with disabilities to participate in mainstream community and sporting activities.
