DON'T FOR GET TO PUT THE CLOCKS BACK SATURDAY NIGHT!!!!
We have now reached the end of the year with the academy and we will be finishing on October 25th (next Sunday). The academy has been running for 8 months now with only a break for the summer for a month. To mark the success of the academy and the end of the year we are going to have a fancy dress party for the kids.
The children can ware any fancy dress that they like as long as they can still run and play in this costume. Can you ensure that there are no fairy wings as this will restrict the players in their movements. There will also be treats for the players and some face painting as well. To allow for the children to get a simple face paint done you will have to bring your child down early so it doesn’t effect the starting of the academy, at 10.am. So could you please arrive down before 9.40am so we can get your child’s face painted.
We will also have a few photos of the group and a medal for each child that took part in the academy. There will also be prizes for the best dressed boy and girl.
I would like to take this time to thank all the coaches/parents that have helped out over the past few months. With out everyone’s help this would not have been possible. Also big thanks to our administrators over the year who played a big part as well as the coaches.
Finally, if the day is raining we will still be going ahead but it will be a small party in the Gael Cholaiste with music and price giving’s.
