Under 8 girls travelled to Wicklow on Sat the 17th. The team consisted of Frayyah Kavanagh, Morrigan Byrne, Abbie Healy, Niamh Byrne, Grace Jameson, Katie Cooke Georgia Earls, Caoimhe Ni Cuathuair and newcomer to the
team Rachel Heaney.
Short a few regulars the girls put in a fantastic performance scoring four unanswered points from Abbie and a blistering goal from Morrigan won it for the girls. In the second game, the girls were unlucky to loose to a
much stronger St Pats team. Performance of the day has to go to Rachel Heaney on her first game for club who made so many blocks and to keep St
Pats first team scoreless and who also kept the second team from pats to a small score. Well done to all girls after a long week at camp this week to put in a great performace. Darren did a good job with you this week, keep up the great work!!
Training resumes on friday at 6.15.
