It was a busy few days for the senior ladies on the match front playing both last Friday and Sunday but securing wins nonetheless. They are now top of the senior league. Check out the table by clicking on the link below. It was a tough contest against Tinahely on Friday night. AGB were losing by a point at half-time but made a comeback in the second-half. Final score: 4-13 to 4-8. Catriona Byrne showed why she was captain leading her team to a great win. Aine Byrne also put in a good performance. Following on from this win, they played away to Carnew, rallying up a good number of scores beating the home side by twenty points. Final score: 3-25 to 3-5. Hard luck to the juniors who lost away to Coolkenno last week. they face St Pats tonight at home in Ballymoney. Best of luck!
